Strength Based Therapy SF

"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes

courage is the quiet voice at the end of

the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow."

Individuals
I meet each individual uniquely in their journey. I work as an ally to help overcome issues such as life transitions, life stress, financial stress, career stress, self esteem, and ADHD Coaching.

I draw from Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family systems, and Experiential Therapy.

Children and Families
Often times children do not have the vocabulary to express their inner most feelings. I help to expand feeling vocabulary and develop coping skills.

I work with families during the process to encourage change within the family system. Interventions I utilize are play therapy, art therapy, and sand tray therapy.

Pet Loss/Grief
Pets are family members and often fill the empty spaces in hearts. The loss of your pet whether it be a family pet, your best friend, or even your fur baby can be extremely painful.

I offer a safe and supportive space to grieve, reflect, and navigate the aftermath of losing your beloved.

Trauma
Psychological trauma may set in after a distressing or
life-threatening event. Sufferers may develop extreme stress, anxiety, PTSD, or they may have ongoing problems with relationships and self-esteem.

I work to create a safe, supportive, and non judgmental space to begin the process of empowerment, healing, and overcoming of current/past trauma. I draw from EMDR, Mindfulness, and narrative therapy.
